To help avoid filing delays or rejected submissions, we strongly recommend contacting the court to verify the current filing fee before issuing any checks with your filing requests.

If our team encounters a filing with insufficient fees amounts, we will contact you on a case-by-case basis to obtain authorization before advancing any filing costs on your behalf.
