🚨 COURTHOUSE HOLIDAY CLOSURES – PLEASE READ 🚨

Please be advised of the following courthouse holiday schedules for the Christmas holiday:

• All local courthouses, with the exception of Loudoun County, will be closed Wednesday, December 24, 2025 through Friday, December 26, 2025.

• The Loudoun County Courthouse will close early at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, and will be closed December 25–26, 2025.

• The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia will remain open during normal operating hours, except for Thursday, December 25, 2025, when the court will be closed in observance of Christmas.

Please plan filings, service requests, and deadlines accordingly.
